Scan Results 12/28 & More! :)
Hey Y'all! I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas :) Today I received the results of my CT and MRI scan. I have some good news! The scans looked good! All of my tumors are shrinking and remaining stable!! PRAISE GOD!!! The tumor under my left underarm shrunk 10 mm! And the tumors in my liver are only a few millimeters in size. This is such good news! Furthermore, the tumors once present in my pancreas, and adrenal glands are gone completely! I am so grateful for these results. It shows that we are moving in the right direction to me becoming NED (No Evidence of Disease). I just want to give a MAJOR shoutout to all the prayer warriors out there and every single person that has reached out to me. Y'all are truly amazing and I can not thank everyone enough.
Secondly, today I received my fourth infusion of Opdivo. The immunotherapy infusion went well. I am feeling really good right now. I hope that this treatment will continue to fight off all cancer cells with no side effects.
Lastly, I am so happy to say that my test results from today confirmed that I will be returning to OKWU next semester! THIS IS HUGE! I am so excited to get back to some normalcy and finish out my senior year of college. I will continue taking the target therapy pills and will receive treatments up in Tulsa once a month. I ask for prayers that all goes well with this transition and that I will be able to finish my studies safely. GOD IS SO GOOD Y'ALL!!!
Specific Prayer Results:
That the combination of the immunotherapy and target therapy pills kill every cancer cell in my body.
That I become NED soon.
That I will be able to safely finish my studies at OKWU.
That all goes well with my health while I am away at school.
That I do not experience any side effects of my treatments.
That I have a great last semester of college.
That my family and I continue to be filled with the Peace and comfort of God.
Thank God!!! Praise God!! You my little friend continue to be an inspiration. You are so strong. Not just in body and mind, your spirit shines through. You are taking this journey with so many supporters, prayer warriors, and people young and old who are going through the same thing. Stay strong. You give testimony everyday. May God's blessings bring peace. Love you. ❤️
